PHILADELPHIA, PA. – Arthur Parham won the open javelin event at the Penn Relays. Ali Ruffin placed ninth in the javelin championships.
 
Arthur Parham won the open javelin event at the Penn Relays with a personal record toss of 209-6, moving him to third all-time in the record book. Parham rises on the NCAA top 48 list.
 
Ali Ruffin finished ninth overall in the javelin championships, throwing a distance of 140-3.
 
The Bulldogs head to the East Coast relays on May 2-3.
