BUIES CREEK, N.C. -- The Citadel wrestling program returns to dual-based competition over the weekend in a key tri-meet clash, trekking north Saturday to square off with Campbell (2-11, 1-0 SoCon) and Rider (4-4, 2-0 MAC) in Carter Gym. Initially, the Bulldogs open league play at 11 am in a brush against the host Camels before shifting gears for a non-conference clash with Rider at 1 pm.

Notably, the trio of Bulldogs in the midweights enter the doubleheader coming off solid performances at the Southern Scuffle, as both Carson DesRosier (149 lbs) and Thomas Snipes (165 lbs) secured fourth place in their respective divisions while redshirt freshman Kyrel Leavell surprised behind a sixth-place outing.
