CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Ignited by a total three tech falls from Gylon Sims (125 lbs), Carson DesRosier (149 lbs) and Thomas Snipes (165 lbs) along with quick pin courtesy of Kyrel Leavell (157 lbs), The Citadel (6-6, 2-0 SoCon) managed to maintain the program's perfect record in league play against visiting Presbyterian (0-11, 0-5 SoCon) behind individual victories across nine of 10 bouts, overwhelming the Blue Hose via a decisive 46-5 mark Thursday evening in McAlister Field House.

Next up, the Bulldogs brace for a four-event roadtrip through Appalachia, initially heading to Boone, N.C., for the Appalachian Open on Saturday, Jan. 24 before facing a trio of SoCon opponents -- Chattanooga (Saturday, Jan. 31), Gardner-Webb (Friday, Feb. 6) and Appalachian State (Sunday, Feb. 8) -- in quick succession to open the final month of regular-season competition.
