SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The Southern Conference announced its 2026-27 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representatives, with The Citadel's Noah Casa and Ella Derrick selected to represent the Bulldogs.
Casa, a member of The Citadel men's track and field program, and Derrick, a member of the rifle program, will serve as advocates for Citadel student-athletes while working alongside representatives from across the conference.
Selected by their respective institutions, SoCon SAAC representatives help enhance the student-athlete experience through leadership, community engagement and collaboration throughout the league.
Conference representatives will assist with organizing service projects, strengthening communication between student-athletes and campus leadership and providing student-athlete perspectives on conference initiatives and policies.
