AUBURN, Ala. – The Citadel men's tennis team earned a 7–0 victory over Marion Military Institute before falling 7–0 to Auburn during a weekend road trip.

The Citadel swept all three doubles matches to secure the opening point.
Ted Bagwell and
Brady Gober recorded a 6–1 win at No. 1 doubles, while
Noah Van Dyke and
Nick Stroumpis earned a 6–1 decision at No. 2.
Anthony Osipov and
Reece Beckendorf completed the doubles sweep with a 6–0 victory at No. 3.
In singles play, The Citadel claimed all six matches in straight sets. Van Dyke posted a 6–1, 6–2 win at No. 1, and Gober followed with a 6–0, 6–2 victory at No. 2. Stroumpis, Bagwell, Beckendorf, and
Graham Hardin each recorded 6–0, 6–0 performances to complete the 7–0 sweep.

Auburn earned the doubles point with victories at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions.
In singles competition, Auburn secured straight-set wins across all six courts.
Noah Van Dyke competed at No. 1, while
Brady Gober played at No. 2. Auburn closed out the match to secure the 7–0 decision.
