Nicolas Arredondo and Javier Gutierrez earned a 6-1 win against Reece Beckendorf and Anthony Osipov at No. 3.

In singles play, Van Dyke put The Citadel on the board with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Guillermo Bennaton at No. 1 singles. Bagwell delivered the deciding point with a 7-6, 7-5 win against Alessandro Munoz at the No. 4 position. Hardin also added a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Alexis Chastang at No. 6.

Stonehill recorded singles wins at the remaining positions. Hector Cebrian defeated Gober 6-4, 7-5 at No. 2 singles, Benjamin Beaudry topped Nick Stroumpis 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3, and Nicolas Arredondo earned a 6-2, 6-2 victory against Beckendorf at No. 5.

"Ted Bagwell was clutch again today," head coach Chuck Kriese said after the match. "He won the deciding point in a long 7-6, 7-5 match, and he and Brady Gober also fought off match points in doubles to secure the team point. I like being in these tight matches because that is how teams learn to battle through adversity. Winning does not come until you endure setbacks and respond the next time with the same fight. I am very proud of the team for this victory. We hope to carry some momentum forward."

Up next, the Bulldogs wrap up their spring break home stretch against Richmond tomorrow at 10 a.m. ET at the Earle Tennis Center.
