ON MIDDLETON: Will be competing for playing time as a reserve B-back this season.

SOPHOMORE (2012): Saw his first action of his collegiate career, playing in five games … rushed the ball eight times for 32 yards and caught one pass for nine yards … ran for a season high 12 yards on two carries in the season opener vs. Charleston Southern.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Baptist Hill High School ... lettered in football ... rushed for 1,400 yards and 28 touchdowns his junior and senior seasons ... named team's MVP and to the all-conference squad following his senior campaign ... helped lead Baptist Hill to region title his junior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Shaunn Sr. and Alexandria Middleton ... majoring in electrical engineering.
