ON RUDMAN: Expected to compete for playing time on a young offensive line this season.

FRESHMAN (2012): Did not see game action.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Pensacola Catholic High School ... lettered three times in football and four times in weightlifting ... made 34 consecutive starts during his prep career ... selected to the All-Northwest Florida team and was a scholar-athlete ... played on team which won three district championships, two regional titles and twice reached the state semifinals.

PERSONAL: Son of J.D. and Britta Rudman ... majoring in electrical engineering.
