ON WILES: Enters fall camp looking to compete for the starting long snapper job.

JUNIOR (2012): Played in all 11 games, handling a majority of the long snapping duties.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Was the long snapper on extra points and field goals in all 11 games.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Northwestern High School ... lettered three times in football ... named Tri-County Player of the Week on several occasions during his prep career ... received the South Carolina Football Association Bill Culp and Ben Watson awards ... member of team which won three Region 3 Class 4A titles and made two appearances in the state championship game.

PERSONAL: Son of Mark and Tracy Wiles ... grandfather, Delmer Wiles, played defensive back for Wofford and holds the school record for interceptions in one game ... majoring in physical education - sports management and administration.
