CAREER (entering 2015 season): Has appeared in 30 games including 20 starts over the past two seasons … has a record of 6-10 and an ERA of 7.10, allowing 112 hits and 83 runs (66 earned) in 83.2 innings … walked 49 and struck out 66.

SOPHOMORE (2014): Worked in 16 games with 12 starts including four regular season SoCon appearances and one in the tournament … had a record of 2-8 and an ERA of 8.57 in 48.1 innings, walking 30 and striking out 39 … had 18 strikeouts in 12.1 innings covering starts against South Carolina (4/16), Winthrop (4/22) and Furman (4/27) … earned the win against the Gamecocks after striking out a career-high eight batters, three more than his previous high, and giving up only three hits in five innings … struck out four in two shutout innings in the start against Winthrop and six against the Paladins … went four shutout innings of relief against Nebraska (3/2) and struck out two in one inning against Samford (3/23).

FRESHMAN (2013): Served as one of the team’s primary midweek starters, appearing in 14 games with eight starts … went 4-2 with an ERA of 5.09 in 35.1 innings, allowing 44 hits and 28 runs (20 earned) with 19 walks and 27 strikeouts … picked up his first victory in a start at Winthrop (3/6), going 4.2 innings and allowing four hits and one unearned run while fanning five … was the winning pitcher in consecutive starts in April, giving up two runs in four innings in a victory over East Tennessee State (4/17) and two runs with five strikeouts in five innings in a defeat of Charleston Southern (4/23) … other win came in a two-inning scoreless relief stint against Akron (3/13) … started at South Carolina (4/9) and worked four shutout innings before allowing two runs (one earned) in the fifth and taking a no-decision in a loss to the Gamecocks … also had a solid start in a no-decision against Coastal Carolina (4/2), surrendering only two hits and one run in four innings … struck out two in a scoreless inning against Charleston Southern (5/14).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Ashley Ridge High School … four-year starter in baseball … selected all-region and all-state, the Charleston Post & Courier Lowcountry Player of the Year and co-Mr. Baseball in South Carolina by the High School Sports Report following his senior season … had a record of 11-1 and helped lead Ashley Ridge to the Class 4A state title, earning the win in the state championship game … named to the all-region team all four seasons and was also all-state following his junior campaign … won 35 games during his high school career … rated the No. 9 right hander in South Carolina by The Diamond Prospects coming out of high school … also played on the Diamond Devils eight-time national championship program … merited spot on the Principal’s List and received an academic letter.
