HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Blythewood High School … ranked the No. 500 player in the nation and the top first baseman in South Carolina (No. 32 nationally) by Perfect Game … named to all-region and all-state team following his senior season … selected MVP of the South Carolina Diamond Invitational and was a Diamond Prospects Player of the Week … helped lead team to region title, Upper State championship and state runner-up finish as a junior when he batted .324 … selected to compete in the Palmetto Games and South Atlantic Border Battle that year … member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
