Biography

2018: Started all 51 games in which he appeared…hit .255 with 14 doubles, one triple, two home runs and 35 RBIs…opened the season by going 2-for-4 with an RBI against George Mason…went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and two RBIS in the middle game against La Salle…drove in four runs in the final two games of the series against Charleston Southern…collected second two double game in series opener against UConn…hit a solo home run in the top of the ninth to give the Bulldogs a 4-3 win over South Carolina…finished 7-for-11 with six RBIs in the series victory over Towson…hit a grand slam and drove in five runs in the middle game against ETSU.

2017: Started 37 games as a sophomore for the Bulldogs…Batted .264 with a .358 on-base % and 37 hits…Was second on the team with five home runs to go with six doubles and a triple…Finished with 25 RBIs and 17 walks…Was fourth on the team with 10 multi-hit games and tied for second with five multi-RBI games…Pieced together a seven-game hitting streak from April 4-23 that included six two-hit contests…Had a nine-game reached base streak…Had a hit and three RBIs against Kansas (2/17)…Went 3-for-4 in the Bulldogs’ record-setting 34-8 win over Winthrop (3/14)..Went 2-for-5 with an RBI and scored twice in the Bulldogs’ 9-8 win over PC (2/28)…Hit a two-run home run in a 4-1 win over Stetson (3/10)…Homer in the first inning against CSU (4/4) to spark an 8-6 win…Was 2-for-4 with two doubles and two runs scored in a 6-4 loss to Winthrop (4/11).

(2016: Appeared in 53 games, starting 22 … named to the 2016 Southern Conference All-Freshman team … made collegiate debut as a pinch hitter against Virginia Tech on February 20 … collected first hit, run and RBI of career against Siena on February 26 after crushing a double … started five games in a row as the DH from February 28 to March 9 … made first career start at first base on March 30 and played every game at first base from then on … hit first career home run at Stetson on April 1 to give the Bulldogs a 1-0 lead, finished the game two-for-three … smacked his second career home run and plated three runs in 7-5 win over UNCG on April 9 … went two-for-three with two runs scored against UNCG on April 10 … gave the Bulldogs a 3-2 lead over Wofford on April 15 with his third home run of the season … went three-for-five with an RBI and one run scored in 10-8 loss at Wofford on April 17 … collected two singles against Furman on April 30 … went two-for-three with two RBI, one home run and one run scored at Mercer on May 5 … finished off the series at Mercer with a three-for-five effort with one RBI and one run … launched two home runs and plated three runs against Samford on May 13 for his fifth and sixth home runs of the year … went on a four-game hitting streak beginning May 20 through May 25 including two home runs at ETSU … finished the season with a .235 batting average, 36 hits, and 21 RBI … led the team with eight home runs and finished second with a .425 slugging percentage … had nine multiple hit games and six multiple RBI games.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Greenville High School … lettered in baseball … selected to all-region and all-state junior season … finished junior year with a .410 batting average … tallied four homeruns and 31 RBI’s, which was tied for first in the state junior season.
