2020-21: Appeared in 11 games…started seven games in the spring at quarterback…carried 179 times for 757 yards and nine touchdowns…also went 24-of-56 for 279 yards and three touchdowns…rushed for at least one touchdown in six of seven starts…ran for 144 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 75 yards and a score in first start against Mercer…followed it up with two rushing touchdowns and another throwing against Chattanooga…added 131 rushing yards and a score against Western Carolina…scored a pair of touchdowns on the ground in each of the final two games of the season…returned eight kickoffs for 163 yards in the fall.

2019: Appeared in all 12 games…played primarily on special teams…finished with three solo tackles…made first tackle against Samford…saw most significant action against Chattanooga, finishing with two solo tackles and a pass break-up…averaged 12.8 yards on four kickoff returns…had a long return of 23 yards against Elon.

2018: Sat out the season as a red-shirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year standout at quarterback and cornerback at Science Hill High School…earned Tri-Cities Elite 11 Player of the Year honors after accounting for over 3,000 all-purpose yards his senior season…helped Hilltoppers to a 7-3 mark and a 6A playoff berth…played defense for one snap against Hardin Valley, coming up with a game-saving interception…went 103-of-169 passing for 1,630 yards with 12 touchdowns his senior season…was also the team’s leading rusher with 170 carries for 1,431 yards with an average of 8.4 yards per carry and 22 touchdowns…three-time all-conference selection and was named WJHL Player of the Week three times…played four different sports during his high school career with three years of basketball, a year of baseball and two years of track & field.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Gary and Carol Adams…father played for the Montreal Expos…majoring in business administration.
