2010: Played and started in all 11 games… recorded eight total tackles against Georgia Southern and concluded 2010 with season-best six solo tackles at Samford, including 2.0 for a loss of five yards… finished the season as the seventh leading Bulldog in tackles with 40 total tackles, 25 solo and 15 assisted, including 8.5 for a loss of 22 yards, tying for 16th in the SoCon in tackles for a loss… also totaled two forced fumbles, a quarterback hurry and a pass breakup.
2009: Played in all 11 games … recorded three tackles against No. 21 North Carolina to start the season … added another four tackles against Presbyterian and at No. 10 Elon … finished the season with nine solo and eight assisted tackles for a total of 17, including three for a loss of four yards.
2008: Saw action in four games, Georgia Southern, at No. 10 Wofford, Chattanooga and at No. 3 Florida … totaled one solo tackle against the Gators.
2007: Redshirted.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Wando High School … lettered in football and track … named a Top 100 football prospect in high school … recorded six sacks and forced eight fumbles his senior year, along with 113 tackles and 1,083 rushing yards … nationally ranked in track events (discus – 14th; shot put – 23rd) his senior year, winning the state title in both events … received All-State and All-Region accolades in track and field.
