HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Florida High School under head coach Jarrod Hickman...finished as state runners-up in 2022.

PERSONAL: Son of Jason and Jessica Poppell...relative of professional baseball player Broedy Poppell, a 2025 Round 13 selection by the San Francisco Giants.
