JUNIOR (2014): Won the starting catcher job and appeared in all 58 games with 48 starts … batted .278 (40 for 144) with three doubles, a home run, 21 runs scored and 16 RBI … tied for fourth in the SoCon with eight sacrifice bunts … had 10 two-hit games including contests against Oklahoma (2/21), Ohio State (2/22) and Nebraska (3/1) … had a double and scored two runs against the Sooners and also doubled among his two hits against Elon (3/30) … had two hits, scored twice and drove in a run against Charleston Southern (5/6) and had a pair of base knocks against Davidson in the SoCon Tournament (5/21) … hit first career home run against Davidson (3/14) … helped preserve win over No. 8 Louisville when he threw out the potential tie run trying to steal in the eighth inning (2/15).
