JUNIOR (2012): Played in 20 games and started once as the designated hitter vs. Winthrop (4/17) … had three hits in 20 at bats including a double vs. UNC Greensboro (4/15) when he scored one of his three runs on the season.
SOPHOMORE (2011): Pinch hit in four games … drew a walk and scored a run vs. College of Charleston (4/9).
FRESHMAN (2010): Served as the bullpen catcher but did not see game action.
HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Conway High School … lettered four times in baseball and twice in football … named a North-South all-star … played on teams that reached state championship games in baseball and football and American Legion summer team … member of All-Zone team for the WPDE End Zone program.
PERSONAL: Son of Ricky and Terri Hardwick … father was a catcher at The Citadel from 1983-86 … majoring in civil engineering.
