2009… Opened the season at the Gamecock Invitational (9/4) in 15th place with a 5k time of 16:15… Ran 28:34 and finished 44th at the Elon Invitational (9/12)… recorded a personal-best in an 11th place finish with time of 27:22 at The Citadel Invitational (9/26)… finished in the top-20 in 19th place at the Furman Invitational (10/10) with a time of 27:53… ran a 6k time of 19:06 and finished in sixth place at the Winthrop Asics Fall Invitational (10/17)… concluded the season at the Southern Conference Championships and came in 58th place with a time of 27:28.

Finished two spots ahead of teammate Alex Anderson with a 97th place finish and time of 28:57 at the Eye Opener (9/6)... ran 29:05 and finished 103rd at the Salty Seadog Invitational (9/13) at the Naval Academy... finished second on the team and 24th overall at the 6k Winthrop Asics Classic (10/18), running 20:40... placed 74th at the Southern Conference Championships (11/1), running 28:08... ran a time of 37:32 at the 2008 NCAA Southeast Regional placing 203rd overall.

Placed 16th in the 5k USC Invitational (8/31), running 16:44... finished 13th at the 5k Bulldog Duals (9/7) with a time of 17:07... at The Citadel Invitational (9/29), ran 28:48 to finish 43rd... ran a wet and muddy Walt Disney World Classic (10/6) race in 28:58... finished seventh at the Lowcountry Invitational (10/13) with a 5k time of 16:33... finished 69th at the Southern Conference Championships (10/27) with a time of 28:55.
High School… A graduate of Wando High School in 2007… earned six letters in cross country and track and field… earned the team’s Warrior Award… twice named the team’s Most Improved runner… cross country team won the county championship… track team won the Regional Championship.
