2018: Served as the team’s holder on all field goals and extra points…team was a perfect 45-for-45 on extra points and 11-of-13 on field goals.

2017: Appeared in all 11 games…served as the Bulldogs’ punter in the final seven contests, tallying 39 punts for 1,476 yards…had two punts of 50 yards or more…11 punts landed inside the 20-yard line…had eight punts for 306 yards, an average of 38.3 yards per punt that included a 50-yarder with three fair catches against Mercer…had seven punts for 263 yards with three landing inside the 20-yard line against Wofford…averaged 40.8 yards per punt on four attempts with a season-long 51-yarder at Chattanooga…averaged a season-high 41.5 yards per punt on two attempts with a 47-yard punt against 24th-ranked Western Carolina…had eight punts for a total of 323 yards, an average of 40.4 yards per punt, and three that landed inside the 20 at Clemson.

2016: Sat out the season as a red-shirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year letterman at West Florence…was voted special teams captain and all-region punter as senior…member of Beta Club and National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Brandon and Bradley (‘94) Russell…grandfather, Robert Russell Sr. (‘54) is a Citadel graduate…majoring in education-social studies.
