HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterman at A.C. Flora…started all three years on offensive line…served as captain senior season and helped team advance to AAA state playoffs…named team’s best lineman and Defensive Player of the Yea…junior season helped lead Falcons to 12-2 overall record after advancing to semifinals of state playoff bracket and averaging 32.4 points per game…also earned two letters in lacrosse…member of National Honor Society.

PERSONAL: Son of Johnny and Karen Hudgens…grandfather, John Hudgens, played football at Newberry…majoring in civil engineering.
