SOPHOMORE (2020)
INDOOR: Competed in five indoor meets … At the Gamecock Opener (1/17-18/20), started the indoor season off with a 300-meter dash time of 38.06, and finished the 60-meter high hurdles in a time of 8.80 … Competed in both the 200-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles at the VMI Team Challenge (1/25/20), finishing seventh in the hurdles with a time of 8.57, and posting a time of 23.48 in the 200m … Finished the 60m hurdles in a time of 8.68 at the Carolina Challenge (1/31-2/1/20) … Posted a time of 52.61 in the 400-meter dash and finished the 60m hurdles in a time of 8.74 … Rounded out the indoor season with a time of 8.53 in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2020 SoCon Indoor Championships (2/29-3/1/20).
FRESHMAN (2019)
INDOOR: Ran in four indoor meets … Made his collegiate debut at the Gamecock Inaugural (1/18-19/19), running in both the 60-meter dash and the 60-meter hurdles … Notched a time of 7.43 in the 60m, and turned in a time of 8.72 in the 60-meter hurdles … Ran in both races again at the VMI Team Challenge (1/26/19) with a time of 7.56 in the 60m and a fourth-place time of 8.77 in the 60H … Turned in a time of 8.67 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Carolina Challenge (1/31-2/2/19) … Wrapped up the indoor portion of the season with his season-best time of 8.52 in the 60-meter hurdles at the 2019 Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24/19) … Named to the SoCon All-Freshman Team in the 60-meter high hurdles.
OUTDOOR: Competed in four outdoor meets … Started the outdoor campaign off with a pair of top-five finishes in the 110-meter high hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles at the Buccaneer Invitational (3/23/19) … Finished fifth in the finals of the high hurdles with a time of 15.81 after setting a preliminary time of 15.64, and finished third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 59.61 … At the ECU Bill Carson Invitational (4/5-6/19), set a season best in the high hurdles with a time of 15.69 to finish fifth, and finished third in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:00.25 … At the Gamecock Invitational (4/13/19), ran the 110-meter high hurdles in a time of 15.93 and notched a time of 59.18 in the 400 hurdles … Closed out the season with a season-best time of 58.94 in the 400-meter hurdles and a time of 15.60 in the 110-meter hurdles at the 2019 Southern Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships (4/27-28/19).
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned Most Outstanding Runner honors on his Montgomery Academy track and field team … Captured the Alabama State Championship in the 60-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles … Was also a standout running back for the football team … Finished his career with 2,373 rushing yards and an 8.3 yards per carry average to go along with 25 touchdowns … Rushed for 1,550 yards and 19 touchdowns as a senior … Also had 10 catches for 99 yards and two touchdown receptions in his final season … Showed his explosive with touchdown runs of 78 and 80 yards during his career … Named Male Athlete of the Year by the Montgomery QB Club as a junior and was named Team MVP and Most Outstanding Offensive Back.
PERSONAL: Son of Mark White and Penny Lucas-White and … Mother is the head volleyball coach at Alabama State.
