INDOOR: Registered a personal best in the 300 meters with 36.49 seconds at the South Carolina Invitational Jan. 28-29… Placed 5

th place finishes in the 400m in the preliminary and final heats at the SoCon Championships… Also clocked a personal best in the 60 meters with a time of 7.32 seconds at the U of SC Indoor Open on Feb. 18…

th with a personal best of 48.62 seconds… Posted a personal record with a 200m time of 21.97 seconds also at the championships… 800m personal best with 2:14.45 at the CSU Distance/Throws Carnival on March 11… 2

JUNIOR (2021-22)
INDOOR: Set new career best in 300 meters in time of 36.49 at South Carolina Invitational Jan. 28-29... Ran 52.17 in 400 meters at Liberty Open Feb. 5... Set personal best in 60 meters with time of 7.32 at USC Indoor Open Feb. 18, while finishing seventh in 4x400 at 3:29.99 and ran 22.80 in 200 meters... Earned sixth place in 400 meters with 49.77 finals time at SoCon Championships Feb. 26-27 after qualifying with 49.62 preliminary time; took fifth in 4x400 (3:22.93) and ran 22.83 in 200 meters.
SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
INDOOR: Took second in 500 meters in time of 1:08.19 at VMI Winter Relays Jan. 29-30; finished second in 4x400 (3:28.70) and eighth in 400 meters (51.23)... Took third in 4x400 at 3:22.97 in Carolina Indoor Open Feb. 13, while running 22.94 in 200 meters and 50.16 in 400 meters... Finished third in 4x400 (3:20.04) at SoCon Championships Feb. 27-28, while finishing 22.50 in 200 meters and 49.99 in 400 meters.
OUTDOOR: Finished fifth in 4x300 with time of 2:23.57 at Weems Baskin Relays Mar. 26-27; while clocking in at 50.26 in 400 meters... Finished sixth in 4x100 (42.32) and ninth in 4x400 (3:26.08) at Gamecock Invitational April 10; ran 50.07 in 400 meters... Set a career best 22.40 in 200 meters at USC Open April 17, while running 42.43 in 4x100 for eighth place... Set a career best in 400 meters with a preliminary time of 49.56 at SoCon Championships May 1-2, while finishing eighth in the finals at 49.57; took second in 4x400 at 3:16.10 and fourth in 4x100 at 42.39.
FRESHMAN (2020)
INDOOR: Member of the freshman 4x400-meter relay team that set the program freshman record … Competed in all seven indoor meets … Started his collegiate career off by laying down a time of 37.12 in the 300-meter dash at the Gamecock Opener (1/17-18/20) … Ran in both the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes at the VMI Team Challenge (1/25/20), recording a time of 24.24 in the 200m, and posting a mark of 52.14 in the 400m … Turned in a time of 52.54 in the 400m at the Carolina Challenge (1/31-2/1/20) … Ran in both the 200m and 400m at the South Carolina Invitational (2/7-8/20), posting times of 24.25 in the 200m and 51.74 in the 400m … At the JDL College Team Challenge (2/13/20), recorded a 400-meter time of 52.40, and helped the freshman 4x400-meter relay team in setting the program freshman record with a first-place time of 3:28.77 … Once again competed in both the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes at the USC Indoor Open (2/22/20), recording his season-best 200m time of 23.23, and turning in a time of 51.77 in the 400m … Rounded out his freshman campaign with a personal-best 400m time of 50.50 at the 2020 SoCon Indoor Championships (2/29-3/1/20) … Earned SoCon All-Freshman Team honors in the 400m.
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Frederick High School … Set the school records in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.83, and the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.36 as a senior … Earned the Leadership Award and was a team captain his senior year … As a junior, was named the track and field team’s MVP and picked up the Central Maryland Conference Award … Earned the Track and Field Athletic Award and Semper Fidelis All-American Award, also as a junior … Following his sophomore season, earned the Up and Coming Star Athlete Award for the team … Was awarded the track and field team’s Outstanding Freshman Award … Lettered one year in football … Was a four-year Honor Roll student, and picked up multiple track and field and football scholar athlete awards … Was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars, National English Honor Society, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and Mock Trial.
