JUNIOR (2021): Competed in all seven meets... Ran a career best 5K time of 18:23.00 at Queen City Invitational on Sept. 24... Ran sub-19 in two other 5K meets, including 18:50.0 at Charleston Southern in season opener Sept. 4, then at Queens Royals Challenge at 18:54.90 on Oct. 8... Wrapped up season as The Citadel's top finisher at NCAA Southeast Regionals in Louisville, Kentucky with a career-best 6K time of 23:49.7.

SOPHOMORE (2020): Competed in all six meets... Posted sub-20 times in four 5K meets, including a season-best 19:05.62 for fourth place at USC Beaufort on Oct. 24, 19:45.86 for ninth place at Newberry Oct. 30, and 19:49.36 for sixth place at Mercer Sept. 19... Finished season at 5K SoCon Championships hosted by Mercer, leading team with a 33rd-place finish, clocking in at 19:40.14.

FRESHMAN (2019): First women's runner in program history to earn Southern Conference All-Freshman Team honors … Competed in seven races … Started her season off with a 17th-place finish with a 5K time of 19:32.3 at the Carolina Challenge (Aug. 31) … Shaved 10 seconds off her 5K time in her next race, posting a 19:22.3 at the adidas XC Challenge (Sept. 20) … Set another personal best in the 5K with a 19:18.0 at the Queen City Invite (Sept. 27) … Turned in a time of 19:55.6 in the 5K at the Disney Cross Country Classic (19:55.6) … Set her season-best time of 18:58.8 in the 5K, and finished 12th overall, at the 13th-Annual Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 19) … Finished the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:13.4 (Nov. 2) … Recorded a 6K time of 24:37.5 at the 2019 NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 15).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned seven varsity letters, including four in track and field and three in cross country … As a senior, qualified for and placed sixth in the Maine Class B Cross Country State Meet with a 5K time of 20:32 and had a season personal record of 20:28 for the season … Raced in the mile and two-mile races in outdoor track with a season PR of 11:52 in the two-mile and 5:34 in the mile … Won the 3,200-meter race at the 2019 Western Maine Conference meet … Qualified and finished first in the Maine Class C State meet in the 3,200-meter race, qualifying for the 2019 New England Track & Field Championships … As a junior, placed in the top 30 at the Southern Maine Classic with a time of 20:49 for the 5K in cross country, and earned the Most Valuable Runner Award for her team … Qualified for the Maine Class B State meet in the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter as a sophomore … Finished 10th in both events with a personal-record time of 5:31 in the 1,600m and 12:23 in the 3,200m … Competed in her first year of cross country as a sophomore and qualified for the Maine Class B State meet with a personal record of 21:21 in the 5K, earning Most Valuable Runner plaudits for her team … As a freshman, competed in her first year of track and field, qualifying for the state meet in the mile where she finished 10th with a time of 5:33 … Was named the Rookie of the Year for the team … Was a competitive gymnast from age 8-16 … Competed on the swim team as a senior … Was an Honor Roll student all four years of high school.
