CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel women's soccer team will conclude a four-game road swing this weekend with games at SoCon foes Wofford and Furman.

"Two big in-state rivalries coming up for us this weekend and we hope to rise to the occasion," The Citadel head coach
Ciaran Traquair said. "We performed well last weekend and will be looking to match the performance levels and provide some quality to hopefully come away with some points. It will be nice to play Thursday/Sunday to get that extra rest day."

Offensively, sophomore
Emilie Valenciano leads the Bulldogs with 29 shots and ranks fourth in the Southern Conference in shots and shots per game.
Mady Riegel leads the team with five points after tallying two goals and an assist so far this season. Riegel is followed closely by
Samara Nche and
Katherine Arroyo who have four points after notching two goals apiece. Â

Wofford is 2-10-1 overall with a 0-3-1 record in SoCon play while Furman is currently 9-2-1 and 3-1 in conference action.
