CHARLESTON, S.C. –The Citadel volleyball team dropped its match to Southern Conference opponent East Tennessee State in Johnson City, Tenn. on Friday, Oct. 27.
The Citadel (8-21, 2-10 SoCon) dropped the first two sets 25-14 and 25-21 to the ETSU Bucs (12-10, 8-3). The Bulldogs then answered by taking the third set 25-16, before falling in the final set to give the Bucs the 3-1 win.

Sharlissa De Jesus were the lead attackers for the Bulldogs with 12 kills each. De Jesus also led the squad with 17 digs followed closely by senior
Gracie Barnes who earned 15 digs on the night.
Up next, the Bulldogs travel to Chattanooga (12-12, 5-5) on Saturday, Oct. 28 for a match at 3:00 p.m. in Maclellan Gym. The last time the Mocs and the Bulldogs competed on Sept. 29, the Bulldogs dropped the match 3-0.
