HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Citadel women's golf team moved up one spot in the final round of the Low Country Intercollegiate hosted by Wofford at the Moss Creek Golf Course. The Bulldogs closed out the tournament with a team score of 336, shooting six shots lower than their Saturday score.

Sophomore Andrea Hoos carded a 78 (+6) in the final round to finish 49th overall. Hoos made birdie on two of her first six holes in the final round and shaved 10 shots off her opening-round effort.

Cameron Little and Ashlee Richardson finished tied for 53rd. Little logged two birdies on the back nine during the final day of competition while Richardson finished first in her individual group session.

On the team side, Seton Hall won the event, finishing eight shots ahead of Albany. 

Appalachian State's Melany Chong finished at 2-over to claim top individual honors by two shots.

The Bulldogs will return to action on April 1 as they attend the Charleston Collegiate hosted by cross-town rival College of Charleston.
