Inside The Numbers
16 - Wide receiver Raleigh Webb caught his 16th career touchdown pass in the game against Eastern Kentucky. Webb is currently tied for second on the all-time list for career touchdowns.
11 - Saturday's game marks the 11th trip for the Bulldogs to the Empire State. It is the 10th time The Citadel will travel to West Point. The other trip to the state came in 1975 when the Bulldogs traveled to Hamilton to face Colgate. The Citadel is 3-7 all-time in New York.
3 - The game against Army West Point will be the Bulldogs third against a FBS opponent this season. It marks the first time The Citadel has ever played three FBS opponents in the same season.
2 -The Bulldogs have two victories over Army West Point. The victories came in back-to-back visits to West Point. The Citadel won 20-14 in 1991 and followed it up with a 15-14 victory in 1992.

On This Date
In 1992, Jack Douglas rushed for 159 yards and four touchdowns as the Bulldogs jumped out to a 19-10 halftime lead en route to a 33-13 victory over Chattanooga inside Johnson Hagood Stadium. Everette Sands added 136 yards on 26 carries as The Citadel ran for 434 yards in improving to 6-0 on the season. The Bulldog defense limited the Mocs to just 179 yards of offense.

The Citadel closes out the fall season as it travels to face Army West Point on Oct. 10. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.

The early forecast is calling for partly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-70s during the day.


vs. Army West Point
Saturday's contest will be the 10th all-time meeting between the two schools. Army holds a 7-2 advantage, but the Bulldogs have won two of the last three meetings.


Upsetting the Black Knights
The Bulldogs have gone into Michie Stadium and knocked off the Black Knights on two occasions. In 1991, the Bulldogs jumped out to a 20-0 lead and held on for a 20-14 victory. The following year, the Bulldogs scored the final 10 points, including a Jeff Trinh 37-yard field goal for a 15-14 victory.


Thompson Returning Home
The Citadel head coach Brent Thompson will be returning to his home state on Saturday. Thompson grew up in the Poughkeepsie area, less than 35 miles form West Point. He was a frequent attendee at football camps.


Eubanks Another Big Day
All-America linebacker Willie Eubanks III had another big day against EKU as he registered a career-high 14 tackles, including 2.0 tackles-for-loss and a sack.


Rainey Cracks Top 10 in Rushing Touchdowns
Senior quarterback Brandon Rainey scored his 23rd career rushing touchdown against Eastern Kentucky. The touchdown moved him into a tie for 10th place on the school's all-time list.

Webb Climbs Career TD Charts
Wide receiver Raleigh Webb continued to climb up the receiving touchdowns charts. Webb hauled in his 16th touchdown of his career, moving him into a tie for second place all-time.

Quarterback Brandon Rainey became the 16th player in program history to eclipse 2,000 rushing yards. The senior is just four yards away from Stanley Myers and 37 yards away from Kenyatta Spruill.

Enwanze Eclipses 100 Yards
