CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel wide receiver Raleigh Webb was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 team on Thursday. Webb will now be on the ballot for Academic All-America honors that will be announced in mid-December.
 
Webb was also a first-team all-district selection a season ago.
 
Webb leads the Bulldogs with 24 catches for 520 yards and three touchdowns. He caught long touchdown passes on the opening possession in back-to-back games. He hauled in a 78-yard pass on the second play from scrimmage against North Greenville and added an 80-yard touchdown reception on the first play against VMI.
 
For his career, Webb has 101 catches for 2,135 yards and 22 touchdowns. He is tied for fourth all-time in receptions, and second in yards and touchdowns.
