CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – The Citadel got a 57-yard touchdown run from Sam Llewellyn in the fourth quarter, and the defense came up with a pair of interceptions to give the Bulldogs a 24-21 victory over Chattanooga in season finale.

How it Happened

Tyrell Price broke loosed for a 75-yard touchdown run on the opening possession.
The Bulldogs tied the game on their opening drive as Jaylan Adams finished a 15-play drive with a four-yard touchdown run.
The Citadel took the lead early in the second quarter as the offense converted a turnover into a touchdown as Adams hit Summie Carlay on nine-yard touchdown pass.
UTC got touchdown runs of nine and five yards from Ailym Ford later in the second quarter to give the Mocs the 21-14 lead at the half.
The Bulldogs scored the only points of the third quarter as they used an 18-play opening drive to get convert a 37-yard field goal from Colby Kintner.
Sam Llewellyn scored what turned out to be the game-winning touchdown on a 57-yard run with just over six minutes to play.

The Bulldogs rushed for 330 yards and two touchdowns. The UTC defense allowed only two rushing touchdowns all season prior to today.
