DURHAM, N.C. – The Citadel set a new Cameron Indoor Stadium record for three-pointers made by an opponent in a 107-81 loss at No. 5 Duke Monday night.

How it Happened
- Duke came out and hit three-straight three-pointers to open an early seven-point lead. The Bulldogs did not get discouraged as they pulled within two points on a Brent Davis three-pointer.
- The Bulldogs had an answer for every Duke run in the first half as The Citadel hit 10 three-pointers in the half to stay within 10 points throughout the half.
- Stephen Clark came out strong in the second half as he scored the Bulldogs first nine points of the half.
- Despite getting behind, the Bulldogs offense continued to fire from long range. Brent Davis hit a three from the corner to set the new stadium record.
- David Maynard closed out the three-point attack by hitting both of his attempts late in the game.

- The Citadel connected on 18-of-34 three-pointers in the game. The 18 makes are the most by any visiting team inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.
- The record breaks the old mark of 15 made three-pointers by Florida State on Dec. 30, 2017.
- The 18 three-pointers are the most against a Division I opponent since hitting 23 three-pointers against High Point on Nov. 27, 2018.
- The Bulldogs finished 31-of-64 (.486) from the field.
