How it Happened
- Furman got on the board on the opening possession after Devin Abrams capped an 11-play drive with a two-yard touchdown run.
- The Bulldogs got on the board in the second quarter on a 22-yard field goal from Colby Kintner. The field goal came on the heels of a 19-play drive.
- Furman took advantage of a Bulldog turnover in the third quarter with a 26-yard touchdown run from Dominic Roberto.
- The Paladins added to the lead after another fumble gave them a short field. Roberto again found the end zone, this time from five yards out.
- The Bulldogs found the end zone I the fourth quarter as Ahmad Green got away from pressure and found Ricky Conway in the back of the end zone for a 26-yard touchdown pass.
