CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Citadel plays its sixth-straight weekend series at home as the Bulldogs welcome George Mason to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park for a three-game series March 25-27. The series opener is set for 5 p.m., with Saturday's game set for a 2 p.m. start and conclude with a 1 p.m. first pitch on Sunday.

The Bulldogs and Patriots have met three times prior with The Citadel holding a 3-0 advantage in the series. The most recent game came on opening weekend in 2018.
Jones Walk-Off
First baseman
Crosby Jones singled through the right side to drive in the game-winning run against South Carolina. The hit capped off a two-run inning for the Bulldogs.
Ninth-Inning Rally
The Citadel scored a pair of runs in the ninth inning to defeat South Carolina. It marked the second walk-off win for the Bulldogs this season.
McCarthy Big Fly
Right fielder
Ryan McCarthy homered in the victory over South Carolina. It was the second-straight midweek game he has homered. He also hit a big fly against Texas.
Second Series Sweep
The Bulldogs swept Saint Peter's over the weekend, marking their second sweep of the season. It is the second time in the last three years the Bulldogs have had two sweeps. It also happened in 2020 against Coppin State and Saint Peter's.
Six-Run Weekend
The Bulldog pitching staff allowed just six runs, five earned, in the weekend series against Saint Peter's. It is the fewest runs allowed since giving up five runs to Davidson a season ago.
On Deck
The Bulldogs close out the month on March 29 against North Florida. First pitch from The Joe is set for 6 p.m.
