CHARLESTON, S.C. – The No. 6 seed Citadel men's team tennis will face the No. 3 seed ETSU on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Champions Club in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
 
The Citadel ended the regular season with a 10-20 overall and 2-5 conference record. The Bulldogs wrapped up the season with a victory over USC Sumter, 6-1.
 
The Bulldogs picked up their most SoCon wins since 2010, going 2-5 in conference play and earning the highest seed in the tournament since 2008, claiming the No. 6 seed.
 
Scouting ETSU
The Bucs went 9-13 overall and 5-2 in conference play during the season. The four-time defending champions, ETSU, will match up against the Bulldogs in the first round. The Bucs have the 2023 Southern Conference Player of the Year and first-team selection, Dimitri Badra and Thiago Pernas leading the way. The Bulldogs lost against the Bucs in the last match-up, 0-4.
