CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel's men's and women's cross county returns after a two-week break to compete at Newberry College on Oct. 5.

The race will take place at The Farm in Newberry, South Carolina. The men's 8K will start at 10 am, followed by the women's race at 11 a.m.

Last Time Out

• Emily Pierontoni led the Bulldogs off a 19:09.3 mark in route to fourth individually.
• Abby Thiessen followed as the No. 2 finisher for The Citadel at 16th, recording a new PR via a 20:52.3 time.
• Julia Williamson (19th), Ayanna Gaedtke (21st), and Maggie Parker (22nd) rounded out the scoring runners for the Bulldogs.
• Owen Sharnas proved the top runner for The Citadel yet again on the men's side, slotting in at 8th off a 26:25.7 time
• Carson Diggs (10th), Wyatt Carey (13th), and Bobby Gibson (14th) held up the Bulldogs' center, with Tyler Caron (17th) cleaning up at anchor.
