CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel basketball team used an early 24-0 run to pull away from Erskine College and never looked back as they won 86-56 on Thursday night.

First Half:

• Colby McAllister's three-ball put CIT ahead 18-13 five minutes into the contest.
• Sola Adebisi's 3-pointer extended the CIT run to 16-0, making it 29-13 Bulldogs.
• With 2:42 remaining until the break, Eze Wali's triple allowed CIT to double up EC 48-24, on its way to a 52-30 edge at the intermission.

Second Half:

• Another McAllister make from beyond the arc held the lead at 23, 62-39, four minutes into the second stanza.
• An EC layup at the 6:08 mark cut the deficit to under 20, 74-55 CIT, before an Adebisi dunk on the ensuing possession pushed the margin back over 20.
• With just over two minutes left, Cole Alexander's 3-pointer capped off an 86-56 Bulldogs victory.
