CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel's men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete at the South Carolina Invite on Feb. 2-3

Friday's field events will begin at 10 a.m. with the women's high jump, men's high jump, women's pole vault, women's high jump, and men's high jump. The track events start at 11:30 a.m. with the men's 5000M, followed by the women's 5000M at 11:50 a.m.

Saturday's field events start at 10 a.m. with the women's high jump, men's high jump, women's pole vault, women's high jump, and men's high jump.

On the Women's Side

Last time out, Karmen Williams took first place in the weight throw with a toss of 51-07.00, earning her the fourth spot in program history.
Emily Danielsson placed second in the weight throw with a toss of 46-05.50, which puts her tenth all-time in the record books.

On the Men's Side

Alex Wulfhorst earned the top spot in the 5K with a time of 16:09.37.
Freshman Jordan Chestnut placed fifth in the high jump with 45-0.5 and eighth in the long jump with 21-03.25.
Jack Scott placed third in the pole vault by clearing 13-11.75.
