CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel's men's and women's track and field teams are set to compete in the 2024 Southern Conference Indoor Championships in Lexington, Virginia, hosted by VMI on Feb. 24-25.

Last Time Out

The Citadel's Karmen Williams and Bradlee Jones have been selected as the Southern Conference Track and Field Athletes of the Week.
Treonte Newton ran a PR in the 400 with 48.83 to take 4th and earned the third spot all-time.
He then ran the 200 with a PR of 22.09 to take 7th and earned the #7 spot all time.
Bradlee Jones ran a PR in the 60 prelims with 6.98 to qualify 8th and earned the #10 spot all time. In the finals, he finished 4th with a PR of 6.92 to earn the #4 spot.
Karmen Williams was 2nd in the weight with 53-9.25. She was 7th in the shot with a PR of 41-5.75 to earn the #6 spot all time.
Emily Danielsson was 5th in the weight with 49-10.5.
The DMR of Julia Williamson, Danielle Williams, Gabby Shea, and Maret Elgren ran 12:55 to win the meet.
