CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel (8-9) travels to Athens, Ga., to face the No. 7 Georgia Bulldogs (17-4) on Tuesday, March 17, with the first pitch scheduled for 3 p.m. ET. The Bulldogs make a quick turnaround back home to host the No. 19 Clemson Tigers (16-4) on Wednesday, March 18 at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park with first pitch set for 7 p.m. ET.

The Citadel picked up the series win against UT-Martin over the weekend, winning back-to-back games Saturday and Sunday against the Skyhawks. The Bulldogs scored 22 runs on 20 hits Saturday, good for the most since 2022 when The Citadel scored 22 runs against VMI.
 
Additionally, The Citadel's 14-run seventh inning broke the school's record for the most runs scored in a single frarme, surpassing the previous record of 13 set in 1996 against Wofford.

Aryan Patel recorded a career-high five hits in the 22-3 win over UT-Martin. Patel joins Thomas Rollauer as the last Bulldog to have five hits in a game when Rollauer registered five knocks against LIU in 2023.
