HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year lettermen at West Orange … As a senior, was named FCA Player of the Year, All-Central Florida and Central Florida All-Star … Helped lead Warriors to 12-2 overall record, district championship and into semifinal round of 8A state playoffs, finishing senior campaign with 163 tackles, 52 for loss with 7.0 sacks, and four forced fumbles … Collected 152 tackles, 43 for loss with 1.0 sack, three forced fumbles and one interception returned for a touchdown junior year as West Orange compiled undefeated regular season … Sophomore season recorded 57 tackles, 21 for loss with 7.0 sacks, and four forced fumbles … Made 12 tackles, including 3.0 for loss with 2.0 sacks, and one forced fumble as freshman … In addition to football, also participated in weightlifting, wrestling, track and field, competitive cheer and volleyball while earning honor roll recognition in the classroom.
