2010: Saw action in nine games, having not played at Furman and against Georgia Southern… finished the season eight total tackles, six solo and two assisted.
2009: Played in 10 of 11 games … opened season with three assisted tackles against No. 21 North Carolina … followed with three solo tackles against Presbyterian and a season-high four total tackles against No. 10 Appalachian State … finished season with six solo and 11 assisted tackles for a total of 17 tackles, including 0.5 for a loss of seven yards, for the season.
2008: Did not see action due to injury.
2007: Saw action in 10 games … blocked two kicks in collegiate debut against Webber International … also returned two punts for 20 yards against the Warriors and recorded three solo tackles, earning Freshman of the Week for the Southern Conference … blocked another punt at Chattanooga … also returned a punt for 16 yards and recorded two solo tackles against the Mocs … completed the season with eight solo tackles, three assisted tackles, one pass breakup and three blocked punts.
High School: Graduated from Ridge View High School in 2007 … lettered three years in football … earned second team all-state honors, named player of the week twice, led team in tackles senior year, earned defensive captain award, named defensive player of the year junior and senior seasons … senior season recorded 140 tackles, seven sacks, 11 tackles for a loss, five forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, two receptions for 30 yards and one touchdown.
