2024: Served as starting quarterback for the Bulldogs throughout the season, logging 12 starts under center...concluded the year as both the leading passer and rusher for The Citadel...through the air, Bennett finished 121-for-239 for 1694 yards and eight touchdowns with eight interceptions...connected with Javonte Graves-Billips for a season-long 66-yard touchdown in the 2024 finale at Clemson...compiled a season-high 304 passing yards in a early loss at Mercer, going 17-for-38 against the Bears...closed out the regular season ranked fourth within the SoCon in passing yards per completion, generating 14.0 yards for every catch...on the ground, Bennett registered 557 yards on 143 carries for four scores...broke away for a season-long 49-yard rush against Chattanooga...racked up a season-best 155 yards on 22 attempts at Western Carolina...anchored the eventual second-best rushing offense in the Southern Conference at 175.1 yards per game...also helped lead the offense to one of the league's best third-down conversion rates by year-end at .379, good for third amongst SoCon competition.

2021: Saw playing time in nine games...finished the season completing 15-of-33 pass attempts for 299 yards and four touchdowns...also one of six players on Liberty’s roster with a rushing touchdown in 2021...completed 4-of-6 passing attempts for 102 yards and a touchdown against Campbell...also added a two-yard rushing touchdown during the season-opening win over Campbell...was a perfect 2-of-2 for 44 yards in a road win at UAB, including a 33-yard touchdown pass...helped Liberty to a road win at North Texas in 2021 while starting QB Malik Willis was out for part of the second and third quarters with an injury, completing 7-of-18 passing attempts for 88 yards and a touchdown...helped Liberty secure its third-straight bowl win with a 64-yard touchdown pass against Eastern Michigan in the LendingTree Bowl.

2019: Saw playing time during Liberty’s first two games of the season...redshirted after suffering a season-ending injury during Liberty’s game against Hampton...completed 2-of-5 passing attempts for 11 yards...completed passing attempts against No. 22 Syracuse (four yards) and Louisiana (seven yards)...mid-year enrollee who took part in Liberty’s 2019 spring football workouts.
HIGH SCHOOL / PREP: Graduated from Summerville High School in Summerville, S.C. in December...also received offers from Appalachian State, Campbell, Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, The Citadel, Gardner-Webb and Old Dominion...three-star recruit by 247Sports.com...Lowcountry Player of the Year and Region 8 5A Player of the Year as a senior...finished his final season at Summerville High School throwing for 2,120 yards, completing 127-of-207 pass attempts for 33 touchdowns...also rushed for 18 touchdowns and 614 yards...first-team all-region selection as a senior, guiding his team to a regional title.
