2018: Appeared in 10 games, making nine starts…added one tackle-for-loss, one forced fumble and four pass break-ups…posted three solo tackles and a pass break-up against Chattanooga…followed it up with four solo stops and a PBU at Mercer…made season-high six tackles, including one for loss, and forced a fumble at VMI…added five stops against Samford.

2017: Worked primarily with the Bulldogs’ scout team.

2016: Sat out the season as a red-shirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered all four years in football at Irmo High School … senior season earned team’s Defensive MVP and Best Defensive Back awards…elected team captain and helped lead Irmo to AAAA Division II state playoffs… played in North-South Game… named Yellowjackets’ Best Defensive Back as junior…sophomore season collected seven tackles and two pass breakups as Irmo finished second in region and advanced to state playoffs…also played baseball and basketball.

PERSONAL: Son of Howard and Cheryl Barrett…brother, Cliff, was a defensive back for the Bulldogs in 2018…majoring in electrical engineering.
