ON FINKE: Returns as fifth-year player and the most experienced of the projected reserves on the offensive line ... will be used at both guard positions this season.

JUNIOR (2012): Played in 10 games and started two at left guard in place of the injured Keith Carter … credited with 17 knockdown blocks, including a career-high five in a win vs. Elon.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Played in four games including three of the final five as a reserve right guard ... made three knockdown blocks vs. Western Carolina among his five on the year.

FRESHMAN (2010): Saw action in two games in his redshirt freshman season.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Carrollton City High School ... lettered four times in football and twice in track and field ... credited with 32 pancake blocks, six downfield blocks and four rollerskates his senior season ... named team's most outstanding lineman after receiving most improved honors his junior season ... recipient of the Iron Trojan Award in 2008 and 2009 ... selected to play in the Georgia All-Star Game ... helped team win a region championship his junior year ... had the highest grade point average on team in 2008.

PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Sharron Finke ... majoring in electrical engineering.
