2009: Played and started in all 11 games … finished fourth on the team in total tackles with 55, of which 28 were unassisted … contributed seven total tackles against No. 10 Appalachian State … recorded a season and career-high of nine tackles in Bulldogs’ win against Samford, including one for a loss of two yards … concluded the season with seven total tackles at Georgia Southern, including 2.5 for a loss of three yards … totaled five or more tackles in six of the 11 games … tied for 38th in the SoCon overall in total tackles.
2008: Played in eight games, starting in eight … breakout performance game against Georgia Southern when totaling three tackles including one sack for a loss of 13 yards, one quarterback hurry and a safety … followed that performance with four total tackles at Wofford, seven against Chattanooga and three at No. 3 Florida. High School: Graduated from Westfield High School in 2008 … lettered two years in football and once in track and field … member of National Honor Society, earned honor roll recognition, academic all-state and all-district honors, named team captain and linebacker of the year … led district in tackles … member of the Westfield football team that went 47-7 in the last four years.
