CHARLESTON, S.C. – In the aftermath of the destructive impact caused by Hurricane Helene, The Citadel football program has opted to launch a dedicated supply run in service of the communities adversely affected within Appalachia, partnering with Western Carolina -- the team's opponent this upcoming Saturday, Oct. 12 -- to organize the most essential materials are transported by the Bulldogs ahead of the Southern Conference weekend clash.

Maurice Drayton along with the entire football program are asking for those who are able to please donate any pop-top canned goods, bottled water, diapers, baby food and formula, personal hygiene items, bug spray, household paper products and generalized cleaning supplies by 5 pm on Thursday, Oct. 10.
