CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel men's and women's track & field teams open the outdoor season Friday at the Buccaneer Invitational, a one-day meet hosted by Charleston Southern at the Jim Settle Track Complex.

Competition begins at 11:00 a.m. ET with field events while running events are scheduled to start at 2:00 p.m. ET.

The meet marks The Citadel's first outdoor competition following the Southern Conference Indoor Championships, where the Bulldogs recorded multiple school records and freshman Jack O'Cain captured the pole vault title.
