CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel women's volleyball team will conclude regular season play this weekend when they host Mercer on Friday and travel to Wofford on Saturday.

Friday's game against Mercer will serve as Senior Day for
Rachel Keefer and
Bailey Kernodle who have had a big impact during their four years as a Bulldog. Keefer is currently third on The Citadel's career set assists leaders with 2,781 and sixth in set assists in a single season with 895 this year. Kernodle is currently ninth on The Citadel's career kills list with 809 and her 2.53 kills per set is fifth best in program history.

Mercer comes into the Friday contest with a 9-18 overall record and 4-11 in SoCon play after falling 3-2 in its most recent matchup against Western Carolina. The Bears are averaging 1.69 aces per set to lead the SoCon. Mercer is also averaging 10.34 assists per set, 2.08 blocks per set and 11.01 kills. They have a team hitting percentage of .168.

Wofford is currently 15-15 and 6-7 in the conference and boasts the SoCon Athlete for the month of October in Jessica Graham. The senior libero averaged 5.05 digs per set in October and recorded 222 digs in 12 matches. As a team, the Terriers are averaging 12.7 kills per set and 11.9 assists per set. Wofford ranks fifth in the conference with 15.17 digs per set while The Citadel ranks sixth with 15.17.

Friday's game is set to begin at 6 p.m. with senior day festivities beginning approximately 10 minutes before. Saturday's contest against Wofford will begin at 6 p.m. as well. Live stats and video will be available for both contests at CitadelSports.com.
