CHARLESTON, S.C. –The Citadel volleyball team will take a quick break from conference play when they host South Carolina State on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 6:00 p.m. in McAlister Field House.
 
Tuesday's match is Women in the Military Night and The Citadel athletics will give away free camp koozies to the first 50 fans, sponsored by Bulldog Tours.
 
The Bulldogs (6-16, 1-5 SoCon) most recently fell at home 3-1 to conference opponent Furman last Tuesday, Oct. 3. Freshman Sharlissa De Jesus was the lead attacker for the Bulldogs with 17 kills, and senior Moriah Smith followed closely with 13 kills.
 
The SCSU Bulldogs are currently 1-18 this season after falling to North Carolina A&T 3-0 on Sunday, Oct. 3.
 
ESPN3 will broadcast the match and live stats will be available at CitadelSports.com.
 
Following the match on Tuesday, the Bulldogs will hit the road on Friday, Oct. 13 and Saturday, Oct. 14 to continue conference play against UNC-Greensboro at 6:00 p.m., and then Western Carolina at 12:00 p.m.
