One of the new additions, Alanis Alvarado, was most recently named the MAAC Player of the Week and MAAC Rookie of the Week after recording 69 kills in her first 19 sets played.

We are using every game as an opportunity to prepare us for Southern Conference play. Each match this weekend presents us with a different type of team and a different challenge to face. Athletes from The Citadel are no stranger to adversity so we expect to compete well, make the changes we have worked on and come home with some wins."
