• The Bulldogs play their second-straight game at home as they welcome Western Carolina to Johnson Hagood Stadium.
• Saturday's game will kick at 2 p.m. on ESPN3.
• Kevin Fitzgerald will be on the call along with Dominique Allen and Emily Crevani.
• The meeting is the 44th all-time with the Bulldogs holding a 25-17-1 advantage in the series.
• The Citadel has won six of the last eight meetings.
• Last year, the Bulldogs outscored the Catamounts 28-0 in the second half for a 38-24 road victory.
• The game was the first start for Brandon Rainey who rushed for 188 yards.

• Rainey scored three touchdowns on the ground, raising his season total to 11. He is currently tied for the nationally lead in rushing touchdowns.
• The three-touchdown performance marked the third time this season Rainey has rushed for three scores in a game.
• Willie Eubanks III posted his second-straight double digit tackle performance with 12 tackles, seven solo, and 1.5 tackles-for-loss against VMI.

Inside The Numbers
233 - The Citadel threw for 233 yards against VMI. It was the most passing yards in a game since the Bulldogs threw for 290 yards against Georgia Southern in the 2009 season finale.
188 - Brandon Rainey ran for 188 yards and a touchdown in his first career start at quarterback last season at Western Carolina.
110 - Raleigh Webb had 110 receiving yards against VMI. It was his second-straight game over 100 yards, marking the first time a Bulldog had back-to-back 100-yard receiving games since Andre Roberts had four-straight in 2008.
34 - The 34 passing attempts by Brandon Rainey against VMI are the most by a Bulldog quarterback since Tommy Edwards threw 38 passes against Georgia Southern in 2009.

On This Date
In 1991, The Citadel went on the road and knocked off FBS Army West Point, 20-14, in front of 40,459 fans. The game was played primarily on the ground as the teams combined for 561 rushing yards. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 20-0 lead in the first half after Jack Douglas scored on a 28-yard run in the first quarter and Everette Sands scored from two-yards out in the second quarter. Kicker Rob Avriett kicked two field goals in the half, the first from 38-yards out to open the scoring, and the other from 25-yards out early in the second quarter.

Sold-Out Crowd
The Bulldogs played in front of a sold out crowd against VMI as 12,126 fans packed Johnson Hagood Stadium for the Military Classic of the South. The crowd was the largest since the 2016 season.

Rainey Takes To The Air
Quarterback Brandon Rainey went 19-for-34 for 233 yards against VMI. It is a career-high in all three categories and the most passing yards since Jordan Black threw for 223 yards against Furman in 2017.

Webb Over 100 Yards
Wide receiver Raleigh Webb had 10 catches for 110 yards against VMI. It was his second-straight 100 yard performance. He is the first Bulldog with back-to-back 100-yard performances since Andre Roberts had four-straight in 2008.

10 Catches
Raleigh Webb's 10 catches against VMI are the most by a Bulldog receiver since Andre Roberts had 10 catches against Chattanooga in 2009.
